Jerry Silvi, Senior Vice President, Residential Lending Division
Jerry has over 19 years of mortgage lending experience and has successfully funded over $40 million annually in home loans throughout his career. As Senior Vice President of 1st Colonial National Bank’s Residential Lending Division, Jerry is guided by his extraordinary commitment to excellence which has earned him numerous awards, including the Chairman's Award from the New Jersey Builders Association, Gold Club Production Award from NAMC, Associate of the Year from the Builders League of South Jersey and many others.
During his career, Jerry has served as the preferred lender for many new home builders and he has been active in many builders’ organizations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of The New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA). He is also Treasurer of the Builders League of South Jersey where he has served as an officer or director for over ten years.
